  3. What a beautiful bag! Please count me in for the giveaway. I think a Christmas favourite as a child would have been the cake mix set. I think it was probably before the days of the Easy Bake Oven but I sure do remember the tiny cake pans and mixes... and I think it had frosting mixes and sprinkles too...

  4. I got a teddy bear. When we moved off the farm in 1958 I never saw that bear again. My mother passed away in 1994 and when cleaning out her house, the teddy bear was found in her cedar chest under the basement steps. That bear is 60 years old by now..has to be..and lives with me, again. Thanks for the chance on your giveaway. Happy new Year.

  8. Happy Birthday! This bag is beautiful! I loved my Barbies and everything that went with them. I had a wonderful house that was made of cardboard. It had a sliding "glass" door, a patio with hedges, a kitchen, living room, bedroom. It was wonderful. Then our basement flooded one day and my house was ruined. I had more fun with that sweet place.

  16. Happy birthday! What a beautiful bag to give away. LOVE the happy colors. My favorite Christmas toy I received was a moped. I guess I wasn't a little child (13 years old). But that's where my sewing adventure really started. I used to ride my moped to different places to buy fabric and would sew my own clothes. Thanks for the chance to win your New Years giveaway!

  19. Happy birthday! I love your bag
My childhood seems a LONG time ago but I had a china baby doll (lifesize) that I loved. Unfortunately when we moved over here (to Canada from England) we gave her to a neighbour...can't believe we did that!

  23. Happy belated Birthday! When I was about 5 years old, I received a tiny carousel that was about 18 inches high. When you wound the key it would revolve and play music. I'm sure if we had managed to keep it, I'd be bringing it to the Antique Road Show.
