Quilter's Blog Hop Party with Give-Aways

Hello there, I have been very busy and have not blogged in a very long time.  It is time again for a Blog Hop, so what better time to get back at blogging!  With Christmas almost here I am sure everyone is busy decorating, shopping and cooking.  I will be decorating and baking later today.
To be eligable to win my prize you should follow my blog and answer my question.  The question is
"What are your favorite home made cookies?", now this is a hard one for me as I have never met a
cookie that I didn't like!  I think my favorite is shortbread, the ones made with brown sugar, my friend Debbie makes the best!  My second favorite is molasses crinkles, I love these and may make some today.

    Lisa, I have made these, and I also add coconut, dried cranberries, and nuts. These are my son's favorite, and I always make some for him and send them to him in Montreal.

    My favorite cookie??? Well it used to be the peanut butter one...ya know, with the KISS? But then my friend made the most WONDERFUL cookies with cranberries and white chocolate and macadamia nuts - soooooo gooood....I'd ask her for the recipe but then I would have to make them...but I rather let her! Thanks for reminding me that I need to call her and drop some serious cookie "hints"!

    My Mom's sugar cookies! It makes a BIG batch and you can easily cut 'em into Christmas shapes and decorate 'em with icing, too!

    I'm a new follower! I, too, haven't met a cookie I didn't like. Sad, but true. My favorite Christmas cookie is Maraschino Cherry Cookies. It's a refrigerator cookie recipe from my grandmother. You can even freeze it, so when you need cookies, you can just pop it out of the freezer, slice, bake, and suddenly you have fresh, home-made cookies. It's all good.

    This time of year my favorite cookies are gingerbread cookies, but in general I think a really good chocolate chip, or oatmeal chocolate chip cookie just can't be beat!

    Oh, yes, too hard to pick a cookie. My recent favorite is orange chippers. It's a chocolate chip cookie with orange in the batter and orange glaze. No wait, anginettis are my favorite. Got those from marrying into an Italian family! :)

    My favorite cookie is Peanut butter ritz. Simple to make Just take a ritz and spread it with peanut butter, top it with another ritz. Now melt some chocolate almond bark and dunk your ritz sandwich in it. Place on wax paper to cool. Make lots cuz they go fast!!

    I follow with Google FC & Reader. My favorite homemdade cookie would be Ginger Cremes - a recipe which came down through several generations (That I know of.) and are a soft molasses(?) cookie. We always make them with sorghum and the secret ingredient is 'lard'. I know, I know, how unhealthy. Really, they just don't turn out when made with other shortening!!!

    I am a follower.My favorite cookie is a recipe from Great Grandmother. It is called Mama Grayce Originals and is a puff pastry filled with a brown sugar, butter and coconut filling then glazed with either an orange or lemon glaze.

    Biscuits... we call them biscuits... I have (as other's have said) a love affair with all of them...Shortbread... real scottish shortbread made with corn flour... oooohh oooohhh tooo lovely to share (sorry kids)
