New Quilt Pattern
Well, here are the pictures of Easy Peasy. Do you recognize the colours? This one is made from Hoffman balis. I have made 3, one with Northcott fabrics, very soft colours, this one, and one which is not quilted yet made with very bright colours with a black background. This is a beginner quilt pattern and will be released very shortly. Pippa feels she needs to be in every posting.

Quilting Class - Diamond Double
Today I taught the Diamond Double in our Saturday class. We had a great time, and the quilts are going to be awsome! This quilt looks very hard to do, but it is only one block reapeated over and over again. That being said, you can mix it up as you can see in the pictures. However, if you have lemons make lemonaide! Even if the blocks aren't exactly what the pattern calls for, who cares? I think they are all fabulous!!!

Baby boy fabric and Dane's Quilt
Well, the first fabric is done. I submitted it today, what a lot of work! If I make it to the finale
10 I will be asked to submit 5 co-ordinates. I have 3 for sures, and am thinking of others. If I
am chosen I will be designing 6 baby girl fabrics. I have the ideas for those ready as well. There will be public voting so I will be posting that information when the time is right.
I am teaching a class tomorrow, on Cozy Quilt's Diamond Double, here is a picture of my version, I changed the borders. The quilt is for my son, Dane.

So many beautiful batiks to choose from.
I am about to cut out the Easy Peasy. I am having a hard time on choosing the colours, I always do! I love them all. A hint is that I love black and white too. Stay tuned to see which batiks I do choose!

Well, I have almost finished my next pattern - Easy Peasy- a great beginner quilt. It is designed around fat quarters, like all of my patterns I like to not waste any of the fabric, so some of the leftover fat quarter pieces will become part of the binding. I have 2 samples done so far, one in black with very bright colours, and one in soft colours the fabric is from Northcott. The finale sample will be done in Hoffman batiks, they are all ready to go. So, you know what I will be doing this weekend!

Well, I found the last pattern, so I can post it. It is the Four Bali Bags. This pattern has been a hugh hit! It has been in the Keepsake Quilting catalogue for 1 year now, and is customer favorite! Two new patterns will be in the next issue of their calalogue, Annabella Bag, and Bella Wallet, I hope people like these patterns as well as the Four Bali Bag pattern.

I am trying to figure out this blogger business!! I have been inspired by Sarah, she makes it look easy. Every day I will work a bit on it until I know what I am doing.
These are my new pattern covers, there is still one missing Bali Bags, I have to find the image. I now have 12 patterns, and am working one several now, that should be out soon. I have plans for a calender for next year as well.
